class=\"o-wysiwyg__content\">\n            <p><strong>\u0152nological objectives<\/strong><br \/>\nGranulars \u0152nofresh are fresh woods concentrated in ellagitannins, designed to add tannic concentration to the wine without affecting the aromas. For red wines, OEnofresh helps to stabilise colour, while for white wines, its anti-oxidant effect limits the evolution of the wine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For what type of wine ?<\/strong><br \/>\nGranulars \u0152nofresh fit perfectly with fresh or mature wines that lack tannic concentration. This wood can be used on white, ros\u00e9 or red wines as part of a SO2 reduction process.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"block-wysiwyg o-wysiwyg mb-5\">\n    <div class=\"\">\n        <h3 class=\"o-wysiwyg__title text-primary js-block-title\">\n            Direction for use\n        <\/h3>\n\n        <div class=\"o-wysiwyg__content\">\n            <p><strong>When is the right time to apply ?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe granular format allows you to extract the potential of the wood in the wine very quickly (3 to 5 days). It is an interesting format for alcoholic fermentation. Application during fermentation ensures better integration with the wine while enhancing tannic concentration on the palate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much to apply ?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe dosage of Granulars OEnofresh should be adapted according to the level of concentration of future wines. Between 1 and 4 g\/L for white, ros\u00e9 and red wines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the contact time for these granulars ?<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring fermentation : the time required for vinification. A period of 3 to 5 days is necessary to<br \/>\nextract the full potential of the wood (aromatic and contribution to the palate).<br \/>\nDuring ageing : an application is always possible during ageing.
