Application at AF ensures better integration with the wine while adding volume on the palate. Application during ageing, post MLF, will bring out the full aromatic complexity of the wood while preserving its impact on the palate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much to apply ?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe dosage of \u0152noblend\u00ae Pure should be adapted according to the desired oenological objective. From 1 to 5 g\/L for white, ros\u00e9 and red wines. If the aim is to enhance the intensity of the fruit, we recommend working at around 2-3 g\/L.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the contact time for these chips ?<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring fermentation : the time required for vinification. 7 to 10 days are needed to extract all the<br \/>\npotential of the wood (aromatic and palate contribution).<br \/>\nDuring ageing : a contact period of 1 to 3 months
